Louis Perry (LP) in conversation with Dan Thomson (DT) from Superantural and Father Charlie Azzopardi (FC) from St. Theresa’s Parish Church
LP - Dan tell us what you have been doing ?
DT - So we have been producing and delivering food for the homeless and elderly where its been needed, thanks to some amazing donations from the incredible community spirit we have been seeing. We have been donating to St Theresa’s Church and the soup kitchen here to give to those who need it the most during lockdown.
LP - Farther Charlie, how helpful have these meals been for you?
FC - Very much so, because we provide a meal, this is their dinner. We provide them two meals a day.
LP - So Dan, how can people get in touch, how can people donate and continue helping you ?
DT - So if anyone wants to do their bit and help their community and those in need the most, they go to supernatural.gi. They can donate a meal, and any meal donated they can match it. So it’s £4.00 for two meals and every meal really does count at the moment, people are really struggling. And it is for those who really do need it the most. We know there a lot of people at home that want to help and want to do something, to contribute but not know how. This is a way you can really make a difference.
LP - Brilliant - thanks guys.
