Tylee Properties Limited has announced that it will be seeking permission from the Development and Planning Commission for a multi-million pound project close to Devils Tower Road offering the public the opportunity to purchase residential accommodation starting as low as £119,000.
Should consent be granted, works should commence on creating the 143 studio apartments near the new Holiday Inn Express early 2018 with completion expected twenty-one months later.
