Earlier today The Hub received outline planning consent for the development of 143 modern studios just behind the new Holiday Inn Express in Devil’s Tower Road.
The development is now on sale with studios starting from £119,000.
Works should commence on the development early 2018 with completion expected twenty-one months later.
The Hub is a new concept in Gibraltar. Self-contained studios come with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms plus a pull down bed / sofa arrangement. Additionally, there are shared facilities on the first floor: a generous reception area; social spaces; TV and games room; residents’ gym and a shared laundry facility.
