The number of users on the Chestertons Gibraltar website in September was 18% ahead of September 2015. These users had 29% more sessions on the website in September 2016 than 2015.
There appears to be no post-Brexit slump in interest in Gibraltar property. Comparing the three post referendum months of July, August and September 2016 to the same three months last year, Chestertons’ website statistics show a 48% increase in number of website users and a 59% increase in the recorded number of sessions.
Managing Director of Chestertons, Mike Nicholls commented “Statistically, our website has just achieved its best September ever. That’s the third month in a row we have been able to make that claim. It’s a reflection of both post-referendum confidence in Gibraltar generally and Chestertons’ own increasing position in the property market.”
The graph shows the number of users and sessions each month compared to a base month of July 2015. The %’s shown are each month’s statistics compared with July 2015. Actual numbers are considered market sensitive information.
